Terms of Service

Last updated · 18 September 2026

These terms govern how you sell USDT to FELICEPAY and receive INR. They are written to be read — please read them before placing an order.

01Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FELICEPAY, a service that purchases USDT from you and pays the equivalent in Indian rupees to your bank account. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering a binding agreement, and not barred from using such services under the laws that apply to you. [to confirm — any jurisdiction restrictions]

03Account registration & security

  • Provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
  • Tell us immediately through Support if you suspect unauthorised access.

04Identity verification (KYC)

We may require identity verification before or during use of the service, and may pause or decline transactions until verification is complete. [to confirm — describe your KYC thresholds and process]

05USDT selling service

FELICEPAY buys USDT from you. You select an amount and a network (TRC20 or BEP20), receive a quote, and send USDT to the deposit address assigned to you. Once your payment is detected and confirmed on-chain, we process the INR payout to your registered bank account. FELICEPAY does not sell USDT or other crypto assets to users.

06Supported networks & deposit addresses

  • Supported networks: TRC20 and BEP20 only.
  • You are assigned one persistent deposit address per network. The address belongs to your account and does not change between orders.
  • You must send USDT only on the network you selected for the order. Sending on the wrong network, or sending a different token, may result in permanent loss and cannot be credited automatically; such cases go to manual review and recovery may not be possible.

07Exchange rates & fees

  • The rate shown in your order quote is the rate that applies to that order and is locked for the quote's validity period (currently five minutes).
  • Rates are indicative until an order is opened and may change between quotes.
  • Any applicable fees or margins are reflected in the quoted INR amount you receive. [to confirm — state any additional fees]

08Payment & settlement

  • Your USDT payment is detected automatically on-chain; no screenshots are required.
  • The INR payout is processed after the transaction reaches the required number of network confirmations shown on your order.
  • Each settled order shows the incoming transaction hash (TXID) and the bank reference (UTR) for the payout.
  • Payout timing can be affected by network congestion, banking hours and compliance checks.

09Failed, delayed & incorrect transactions

Underpayments, overpayments, wrong-network transfers and delayed confirmations are flagged for review. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve them, but blockchain transfers are irreversible and recovery of funds sent incorrectly cannot be guaranteed.

10Cancellation, expiration & refunds

  • You may cancel an order before sending payment; quotes expire automatically after their validity period.
  • Cancelling or expiry never changes or deletes your deposit address — it remains yours for future orders.
  • Because blockchain transfers are irreversible, USDT already sent cannot be returned by cancelling an order; a completed purchase of your USDT is final. [to confirm — your refund/reversal stance]

11Prohibited activities

  • Using the service for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or any unlawful purpose.
  • Using another person's identity, bank account or funds.
  • Attempting to manipulate rates, abuse referral rewards or interfere with payment detection.

12Compliance & AML

We may monitor, review, hold or decline transactions and report activity where required to meet anti-money-laundering and other legal obligations. [to confirm — your compliance program details]

13Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, fail verification, or present fraud or legal risk, with notice where reasonably possible.

14Risk disclosure & blockchain transactions

Digital assets are volatile and blockchain transfers are final. You are responsible for verifying the network, address and amount before sending. The value of USDT relative to INR can move between quote and settlement.

15Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FELICEPAY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, losses from wrong-network or wrong-token transfers, or delays caused by blockchain networks, banking systems or events beyond our reasonable control.

16Changes to services & terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; continued use after changes means you accept them.

17Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to confirm], and disputes are subject to the courts of [venue — to confirm].
